Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Description

The Lead Full Stack Developer position promises an exciting, international level opportunity and rewarding environment. We are looking for an experienced individual who will be able to lead the software development of a complex SaaS solution serving almost 200 customers globally.

This role requires a strong leader to provide the product technical vision and manage the product backlog by collaborating across sales, implementation, and support teams to align feature releases balancing business value and costs. This position is responsible for driving solution design, estimation, and on time delivery while validating and steering the technical implementation and quality across a distributed team located in Atlanta, Paris, and Dhaka.

We are looking for a solution driven individual focused on speed and agility to be adaptable to business change and drive new technologies.

 

Specific skills and experience sought

  • Strong analytical skills (problem solving and resolution)
  • Experience and proficiency in both back end and front end programming
  • Proficient HTML5, Javascript (Vue.js, underscorejs.js), Node.js and SQL Server (Transact-SQL) skills
  • Proficient API programming
  • Proficient with version control (git, mercurial)
  • Experience with implementation of unit tests and integration tests

 

Other useful skills and additional competencies

  • 6-10 years work experience in similar position
  • Quality focused; Familiar with Agile and SDLC methodologies
  • Experience delivering end-to-end complex projects with teams of engineers
  • Experience with JWT, Node.js Express framework
  • Ability to step up into a leadership role in a small company, and inspire the development team
