Mathieu is Stratocore’s co-founder, President and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the company’s technical roadmap, product innovation, system integration and infrastructure. He leads the design and development of PPMS and associated platforms, collaborating closely with clients to deliver solutions that enhance research management and collaboration. Mathieu has designed and deployed advanced IT systems for major research institutions, including the Institut Pasteur in Paris and The Rockefeller University in New York.

Mathieu is just trying to prevent scope creep from achieving sentience.

Rolf leads Stratocore with a focus on innovation, collaboration and strategic growth. He guides the company’s overall vision, ensuring Stratocore continues to meet the evolving needs of research institutions and companies worldwide. Rolf has over 25 years of experience leading research, technology and life sciences initiatives across academia and industry, including roles at the Max Planck and Fraunhofer Institutes, Evotec, Qlaym and BianoGMP. He holds a PhD in Physics from Université Paris XI and a Physics Diploma from Göttingen University.

Rolf recently returned to rowing to stay fit and relive his school days, though with slightly longer recovery times.

Michelle oversees Stratocore’s finance and administration, ensuring clear, efficient and transparent operations. She plays a key role in supporting the company’s long-term growth and financial sustainability across its global network. Her work ensures compliance and continuity throughout the organisation. Michelle studied Business Administration at Southern Wesleyan University and brings over 30 years of experience in financial management, including over a decade in the nonprofit sector.

When she’s not at work Michelle swaps screens for brushstrokes, painting Korean minhwa with careful attention to detail.

Yasin leads global support and integration initiatives, helping clients connect PPMS with their wider IT environments. He oversees technical strategy for automation, analytics and financial integrations, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality service worldwide. Before joining Stratocore, he worked as a software engineer, contributing to major EU research projects including Framework Programme 7 and Horizon 2020. Yasin holds an MSc in Machine Learning and Data Mining from Pierre and Marie Curie University.

Yasin is a keen traveler who insists that the best way to learn about a city is through its coffee shops

Paul oversees Stratocore’s cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring the reliability, scalability and security of PPMS worldwide. With over 20 years of experience in IT management, cloud architecture and systems engineering, he led Stratocore to ISO 27001 certification. Before joining the company, Paul developed mission-critical software and managed large-scale IT programmes for the U.S. Department of Defense. Paul holds a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Auburn University and a Bachelor’s in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with multiple professional certifications including PMP, ITIL and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert.

Paul enjoys exploring the intersections of physics, psychology and problem-solving.

Melinda Ruby guides the global implementation team through all client and internal product implementations, upgrades and releases. With a BA in Economics from Drake University and well over 20 years of experience, she is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) who excels at strategic planning and change management. Her career has focused on managing complex implementations, including large-scale healthcare data warehouses and analytic solutions.

Melinda's career has included the candy industry and multi-million dollar IT projects. She admits the candy industry was sometimes harder but not nearly as sweet.

David oversees client relationships across North America and Australia, supporting institutions from initial consultation through implementation and long-term success with PPMS. With more than 25 years of experience in IT consulting, technical sales and account management, he brings both strategic insight and practical expertise to every project. David holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a focus on business management and development from the State University of New York at Oswego.

When he’s not working with clients, Dave’s cheering on the Buffalo Bills or negotiating with his three cats for desk space.

Jeff supports the North American research community throughout their core facility management and centralization journey, from pre-sales consultation and implementation to ongoing collaboration and success. He brings technical, business and leadership experience across software development and technology consulting, having worked with organizations ranging from small boutique operations to large global enterprises. Jeff holds a business degree in marketing from the University of Georgia.

Outside of work, Jeff can be found tending to a growing menagerie of animals including goats and chickens, which he finds surprisingly similar to complex client implementations.

Mustaqim leads integration projects that connect PPMS with client systems, ensuring secure and efficient data flow across platforms. With experience in application support, implementation and financial integration, he works closely with clients to design pipelines tailored to their operational needs. Mustaqim holds a master’s degree in Pervasive Computing and Communications for Sustainable Development from the University of Lorraine and is an AWS Certified Developer Associate.

When Mustaqim is not making the right calls on a complex integration, he is probably playing cricket and making the right calls on which shot to play from each bowl.

Wei develops full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, usability and scalability. With experience in data analysis, database management and machine learning, he builds reliable, high-performing systems that support Stratocore’s growing platform. Wei holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Wei collects obscure programming frameworks the way others collect vinyl and believes every bug hides a story, or at least a good joke.

Annia works closely with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Stratocore PPMS can support their day-to-day workflows. Drawing on her background as a laboratory technician, she brings first-hand insight into research processes and equipment use. She manages presales consultations, product demonstrations, training and onboarding, ensuring every implementation starts on the right foot. Annia holds a degree in Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology from Kaohsiung Medical University and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Annia claims she could survive on eggs alone and she’s well on her way to proving it.

Sadek supports application implementation and financial integration projects, helping clients ensure their systems run smoothly and efficiently. He also contributes to developing scalable backend features and optimising API connections. With extensive experience in software development, Sadek holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from United International University.

When not coding Sadek enjoys exploring the world of quantum computing and experimenting with the next generation of algorithms.

Arif provides technical support and troubleshooting to help clients keep PPMS running smoothly and efficiently. With extensive experience in full-stack development and business intelligence, he’s skilled in diagnosing complex issues, optimising performance and delivering reliable solutions. Arif holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Islamic University of Technology and is proficient in SQL, API design, Vue.js, Python, and AWS Lambda.

From football, cricket and table tennis to swimming, badminton and tennis, Arif plays more sports than most people watch.

Gulshanur builds integrations and automation tools that improve connectivity and performance between PPMS and other platforms. He specialises in developing APIs and mobile applications that enhance accessibility for users. Gulshanur holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Islamic University of Technology and has extensive experience in mobile and cross-platform development.

Gulshanur likes to unwind by exploring and occasionally contributing to open-source projects.

Younus specializes in support and system integration, resolving client’s technical challenges and helping them get the best out of PPMS. With over five years of experience Younus brings a strong foundation in integration engineering, combining hands-on technical support with expertise in database technologies. Younus earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from United International University, where he conducted research on IoT platforms and cloud infrastructure.

Younus is a self-confessed coffee addict. Mocha, latte or black, he doesn’t discriminate.

Arnab develops secure, high-performance features that enhance reliability and user experience across Stratocore’s applications. With more than 10 years of experience in software development, he specialises in application scalability, performance optimisation, cloud deployment and DevOps. Arnab holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stamford University Bangladesh and is both an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor and Certified Scrum Master.

Arnab loves nature and dreams of retiring to a farm where his only deadlines will be planting and harvesting.

Asif coordinates finance, HR and administrative operations, helping to ensure that Stratocore runs efficiently behind the scenes. He supports both internal teams and leadership in maintaining day-to-day structure and accuracy. Asif holds a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from the University of Rajshahi and an MBA in Management from North South University.

A lifelong cricket fan, Asif believes every challenge can be tackled with the right strategy, just like a well-timed cover drive.

Erica helps clients turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. With over 20 years’ experience in business intelligence and data strategy, she designs scalable BI solutions that support confident decision-making. Erica holds an MBA in Project Management and a background in Computer Information Systems, with expertise in Power BI, Tableau and SQL.

Erica has backyard chickens and gets chased daily by her rooster with which she has a love-hate relationship.

Ethan develops and refines features within PPMS, focusing on performance, stability and user experience. He is particularly interested in user-facing improvements that make complex workflows simple and efficient. Ethan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ethan runs on donuts and claims the right pastry can solve most coding problems.

Lenisa works with clients from onboarding through to ongoing support, helping them get the most out of PPMS. She leads training sessions for new users, ensuring every client feels confident navigating the system, and continues to provide expert assistance long after implementation. Lenisa holds a degree in Information Technology from Georgia Southern University.

In her spare time Lenisa runs a mobile bartending business. Her pantry has more cocktail ingredients than food.

Mahabubur manages infrastructure, DevOps and security operations, keeping Stratocore’s environments stable and resilient. He focuses on automation, security and system reliability.

Mahabubur holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Newport University and has extensive experience in system administration. Mahabubur loves travelling, tackling new challenges and keeping one eye on what the world is up to.

Nahian ensures the quality and stability of new releases through detailed testing and analysis. He is experienced in both manual and automated testing, ensuring updates meet client needs before deployment. Nahian holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Islamic University of Technology.

A fan of history and geopolitics, Nahian treats every release cycle like a strategic campaign.

SM supports client implementations and ensures successful onboarding by aligning PPMS with each client’s technical and operational requirements. He configures systems, workflows, and documentation to support smooth adoption and long-term usability. In addition, he contributes to presales discussions by demonstrating practical applications of PPMS. SM holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and the Islamic University of Technology and is certified in inbound sales and digital marketing.

Sam manages Stratocore’s marketing and communications, crafting content that highlights the value of PPMS for institutions worldwide and connecting with the research management community. He collaborates with the product and sales teams to create consistent, engaging messaging across all channels. Sam holds an MA in History from the University of Edinburgh.

Sam owns more vintage synthesizers and sound effects units than he’d ever admit to needing.

Shamaim manages office operations, procurement and financial coordination, keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes. Before joining Stratocore, he spent nine years at Genuity Systems Ltd., where he gained extensive experience in administration. Shamaim holds both a BBA and MBA from Independent University Bangladesh.

Shamaim loves travelling and discovering new cultures and says every trip teaches him something spreadsheets can’t.

Zabir is a software engineer at Stratocore Canada. His main focuses are application support, client implementation and financial integration. He previously worked in telecommunication network operations. Zabir holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North South University (Bangladesh), an MBA in Marketing from IBA (University of Dhaka). He also completed a full-stack web development bootcamp from Lighthouse Labs (Ottawa) and received trainings and certifications from Cisco, EC-Council, RedHat and Amazon-AWS.

Zabir is a perfectionist who will spend ten hours building a high-performance machine just to enjoy ten minutes of flawless execution.

Abdullah Ahmad Zarir is a Software Engineer at Stratocore where he focuses on automation, integration, optimisation, security and cloud infrastructure. He also develops AI-driven features that enhance the capabilities and user experience of Stratocore’s products. Before joining the company, Zarir spent three years at Amazon, automating MLOps pipelines and helping design data lake infrastructures. He holds an M.Sc. in Computing (Research) from Queen’s University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia.

By day, Zarir is a software engineer. By peer-reviewed papers and citation count, he is apparently a researcher too.
